POUND®
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

GENERATION POUND® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. Kids will learn alternative ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT — ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness.
POUND® Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person — mental, physical and emotional.

This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN — perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts (which means it's a workout designed for everyBODY!) REFIT® is a life-changing group fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with powerful moves and positive music, to inspire you from the inside out. Powered by human connections, we turn boring, have-to workouts into a can’t-miss community fitness experience! REFIT® classes propel students to their best selves through dance, toning, balance and flexibility. Our easy-to-follow formula is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts, with workouts designed for everybody and every body — regardless of age, shape, size or ability.
Full Body Tabata - a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Each Tabata is 4 min. In that 4 minutes, there are two different exercises, traditionally a cardio and strength exercise. We do 4, 20 seconds of work with a 10 second rest and another 4 rounds of the other exercise for 20 seconds of work with a 10 seconds rest. In between each Tabata is a 1 minute rest, then we go on with two new exercises and repeat.
Circuit Training — This is more or less a station type of workout. There will be equipment at several stations and each station is timed. Let’s say 1 minute at each station, with a 30 second rest to rotate to the next station.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) — uses several different rounds of exercises. This could look like 40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest with 3 different exercises repeating them for 3 rounds then moving on. There are several options and varieties to HIIT workouts.
REV+FLOW
This format is a branch of REFIT! This workout was born out of a desire to create an experience that moves you from try to triumph. Through this low-impact, high-intensity workout, you will increase your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. This class is easier to follow and is highly modifiable whether higher or lower intensity is needed.
SOULfusion
SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion™ trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion™ is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!
BARREfusion
BARREfusion™ is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. We offer a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and our signature fuses. This fusion format offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work, athletic dance moves in an easy to learn, easy to teach, fun to take barre training. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). BARREfusion™improves overall fitness levels while bringing out your inner ballerina!
SOULstrength
SOULstrength is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music. SOULstrength is the total package. Let’s HIIT the beat with a SOUL lifting strength class designed to bring all forces of FUN together!
SOULkickboxing
SOULkickboxing™ is a creative fusion of kickboxing combinations, dance-inspired cardio, balance and conditioning sequences, strength training exercises, and our signature FIGHTER FLOW all set to crazy fun, inspiring music! While I have no classes completely geared toward beginner only, I take pride in always offering options for all to be successful. I always show options for you to choose what is best for you and your body. I show regressions and progressions throughout class in all fitness formats! Classes are for any stage and any age!

As always, please consult your doctor if you are thinking about starting a fitness routine, especially if you have past or current medical issues or injuries. After your doctor approves, feel free to discuss your concerns with me privately so I can help you prior to class. I have worked with several clients with past and present injuries and they have all been successful in class!

What you need for class depends on the fitness format. I am very active on Facebook and I always tell you what to bring for different formats the day before or day of class. For a general idea, please see the class description section for details and what you are asked to bring the majority of the time.

I would definitely recommend investing in your own fitness equipment! A few sets of dumbbells, a nice yoga mat, resistance bands. Please reach out if you need help deciding what sizes and weights would be best for you!

I am a mom to 3 boys. I understand that you need a break and you deserve a break! I get it!!! If you are able to get away without kids, I highly recommend it. You need time for yourself! BUT, I also understand if you are not able to find a sitter for your kiddos. If you need to bring your kids, then please, BRING THEM! I have a gated kids area in the back of the room. You can easily see your kids playing while you workout! As long as your kids are either sitting down beside you, against the wall or in the designated kids area and not running around interrupting others within their workout spaces, kids are welcome!

Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing. Choose a material if you can that is moisture-wicking. Please wear a supportive tennis shoe.

Yes to both! If it gets a bit stuffy, there are also fans scattered throughout the space!

Yes, it is. The studio is on the first level and has a bathroom on the first level, too.

Parking is street parking only for the most part. You may also park at Chase Bank or The Saving Bank after hours.
